Information, not legal advice

E-JuriBD gives you legal information drawn from published Bangladeshi statutes, with the source section attached to every answer. It is not a lawyer, it does not represent you, and using it does not create an advocate–client relationship. For anything that turns on the facts of your own case, consult a qualified advocate. Where the app cannot find a statute that supports an answer, it will tell you so rather than guess — treat that refusal as information too.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate details; advocates must not publish professional claims they cannot support.

Acceptable use

Paid packages

Paid packages unlock the features described at the time of purchase. Prices are in Bangladeshi taka. A subscription runs for the period you bought and does not renew by itself unless the app says so at checkout; you can cancel from Settings and keep access until the period ends. One-time question packs do not expire. Because access is granted immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable — but if something did not work, write to us and we will put it right.

The lawyer marketplace

Advocates listed in the directory are independent professionals. We publish the credentials they give us; we do not employ them, supervise their work, or guarantee any outcome. Any engagement is between you and the advocate.

Availability

We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or always correct. Features may change.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
